What Is Not At Fault Car Hire?
If someone else caused your crash, you may not have to go without a car. You may be able to claim the reasonable cost of a similar car from the at-fault driver or their insurer while yours is off the road. This is called not-at-fault car hire, or an accident replacement vehicle.

Who Pays?
