Not-at-Fault Car Hire in Auckland

In a crash in Auckland that wasn't your fault? Call us before you call your insurer. We're based in Te Rapa, Hamilton, and deliver replacement cars to you in Auckland. You don't pay the daily hire upfront. We claim it from the at-fault driver's insurer. Fuel, tolls and fines stay with you, like your own car.

You must give us true information and help with the claim. See our terms.

How it works

Call 0800 387 607 or check your eligibility online. We deliver a car to you, usually the next day once the insurers have confirmed everything.

Why us

We come to you: home, work or the panel beater. We work with whichever repairer you choose. Small team, so you deal with the same people from start to finish. Our phone is answered 24/7.

Where we go

All of Auckland, including Pukekohe, Papakura, Manukau, central Auckland, the North Shore and West Auckland.
